For a relaxing stay, ask for a quieter room on the upper floors to minimize street noise.

Good central location in Chaweng (2min walk to beach) hotel is always clean. Breakfast was great - lots of choice.
We did not like that it states there is wifi throughout the hotel however it is only available in the reception area on the ground floor - the restaurant is also on the ground floor and wifi cannot be accessed from here either. Also some traffic and noise from nearby bars late at night - we were on the third floor, windows shut and could still here it at 2am.

The hotel location is quite convenient for exploring nearby shops.
I was disappointed by the lack of guest interaction. During my three-night stay, I didn't see any other guests. The air conditioning in my room was not cooling properly and made sleeping challenging. The reception staff, while present, were not overly friendly or helpful.

Everything. We got upgraded on arrival to the Nora Buri resort. This was a brand new 5 star resort. We could not fault anything with the hotel and would stay again without doubt.

Dead cheap and a great location. Nothing fancy, but right at the start of the one way system in Chaweng. Everything within 5 mins. Room was clean and a decent size.
Sent a request on Booked.net for an airport pickup supplying my thai number, but was never called back at all by the hotel. Customer service lacking a bit perhaps.

The hotel is in a central location on the main Chaweng beach road. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. The staff was prompt and attentive.
Regarding the state of the room: all that glitters is not gold. The furniture was worn in places. The lighting was too dark, especially in the bathroom. The walls were not well insulated: I could easily hear the television sets in the adjacent rooms. Also, I found ants in the bathroom sink, and the tiles above the bathtub were moldy.

Spacious room with attentive staff who helped with flight details. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great shops 🍹
Air conditioning could use servicing as it wasn't very cold sometimes.
